    Ive experienced first hand the challenges when starting a business the ups and downs, not knowing where to start, what systems to use and just the general process of day to day operations. Having someone to learn from is key to save you time and costly mistakes.

    The sessions are tailored to your journey and what you want to focus on. Whether you have just started out, thinking of a career change or are looking to audit your current business, these sessions are designed to assist and guide you in the direction you are looking to head towards from someone who started exactly where you did.

    The one on one strategy sessions are completed via zoom for 1hr. You’ll receive direct access to me with follow up notes to work through any direct questions or challenges you may be experiencing.

  • 3 Month Mentoring Program

    The mentoring program is designed for the person who is committed to making change and implementing successful systems. The program is designed to support you with my 20 years business experience.

    Operating a design business is not just about designing peoples homes, running a business can be challenging from systems, processes, knowing when to scale, finances, marketing, networking, collaboration.. the list goes on. With 20 years experience across many different business fields I’m equipped to support and mentor you through these elements. I’ve grown my business to a seven figure income with senior and junior designers, worked with celebrities and been published countless times, I know what it takes to get you there and if you're committed to learning I will teach you the exact methods I have introduced.

    The mentor program includes a 3 month program. One on One - 2 x 1 hr sessions each month to set goals, guide and review. Monday to Friday support within business hours- unlimited. We have a messaging system we will use to communicate with each other. This can be anything from reviewing communication with clients, giving feedback on proposals, assisting with social media. Its a support network that you will have access to weekly for 3 months.

    This program is designed for the committed business owner who wants to grow and learn and have the freedom to work with whoever they want and build themselves as a reputable name in the industry.
